Surface Preparation
The floor to be applied is cleaned from loose particles, oil and other chemicals, and any surface defects are repaired with LRC™ RM Repair Filler.
If the applied surface temperature is above 25 ° C, the surface is moistened to saturated.

LRC™ C2 –Grey
25 kg of powder material (Water should not be added to the powder material.) is poured into 5,5-7,00 liters (It is variable depending on the temperature.) of clean and cool mixture water and a homogeneous mixture without lumps is provided in 3-4 minutes with a suitable low speed mixer.

Application
After the mixture has been rested for 3-5 minutes, it is mixed again and it is spread on the surface with a toothed trowel in a single direction.
The ceramics are adhered to on the grouted mortar within 20 minutes under normal temperature and moisture conditions. The open waiting period is approximately 20 minutes under normal temperature and moisture conditions. Depending on ambient conditions, the time to stick on may be shorter.
During the bonding, desired joint space is left between the ceramics and the surface mortar is pressed gently to provide full contact with the ceramics and the float is provided in the mortar.
Joint filling transactions should be done about 24 hours in wall applications and 48 hours in floor applications. It is recommended to use suitable LRC™ JF Joint Filler in joints.

Things to pay attention
• Do not use mortar that is past the usage period or crumbling. The hardened mortar should not be diluted again. Do not use more water than recommended. Do not moisten the applied adhesive to prolong the exposure time, as it will affect the adhesion performance.
• Only apply strong, prepared surfaces. Coatings should be pre-moistened.
• For the application of coating materials of 40×40 cm and larger size, the combined bonding method should be preferred in applications where there is heavy pedestrian-load traffic.
• Applications should be protected from rain, frost, wind, sunshine and high temperatures for the first 24 hours.
