Solvent-Free Epoxy Impregnation Primer

Product Description:
A two-component, low-viscosity, solvent-free epoxy impregnation primer. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, fills capillary pores, increases mechanical and chemical resistance, and ensures strong adhesion for subsequent coating layers. Suitable for use in enclosed areas due to its solvent-free composition.

Areas of Use:

• Priming of concrete surfaces, cement screeds, and epoxy mortars

• Normal and highly absorbent substrates

• Primer for all C Epoxy and Polyurethane (PU) floor coating systems

• Binder for repair mortars and screeds

• Surfaces requiring liquid-impermeable, dust-free, and chemically resistant floor systems

Appearance: Transparent (slightly yellowish)

A + B components in 12.5 kg or 25 kg ready-to-use sets
Component A: 200 kg drums
Component B: 200 kg drums

Application Method:
Roller, brush, spatula, or trowel application depending on system requirements

Consumption:
Approx. 0.2 kg/m² as primer
Higher consumption depending on leveling or mortar applications

Chemical Resistance:
Resistant to petroleum products, oils, water, detergents, salt solutions, and various industrial chemicals
(Partial resistance to certain solvents; color change may occur)

Storage:
12 months when stored unopened in original packaging, between +5°C and +30°C, in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight
