A solvent and epoxy based protective coating material which can be used on concrete and mosaic surfaces

Areas of Application:

It can be used as protective coating on all interior and exterior walls, concrete, screed, plaster and mosaic surfaces. It is suitable for all concrete surfaces such as glazed concrete applications etc. It forms bright surfaces which are easy to clean and resistant to hygiene, chemical and mechanical impacts.

  • Consumption: ~0,250 kg/m² material is necessary for each layer. It may vary depending on environment conditions and the purpose of usage.
  • Storage: Its shelf life is approximately 12 months. Products should be stored in a cool and dry environment.

Surface Preparation

The floor, on which there will be application, should be cleaned of all loose parts, oil and other chemicals, crack-free, dry and clean. It is strongly recommended to use a suitable LRC Epoxy Primer on the floor before the application. In order to obtain a smooth surface, the surface should be arranged with LRC Epoxy Paste after LRC Epoxy Primer.
Preparation Instructions

A and B components are stirred in a pot.
Application

It is applied to surface with roller.
The other layer is applied at least 6-8 hours later. It is recommended to apply two layers minimum.
Things to pay attention

Keep the products in places out of reach of children. Always keep the covers of the products closed. It is recommended to wear gloves and goggles during operation. In case of contact of skin with the material, it should be washed with soap and water immediately. In case of contact with the eye, see your doctor immediately.

S2: Keep the products in places out of reach of children.

Disposal

Empty packaging can be disposed of in collection boxes according to local-local regulations or recycling rules. After drying and hardening the used waste material, dispose of it as construction waste. It is dangerous to destroy product residues by burning.
