FIBER MF

FIBER MF is a high-performance basalt fiber that greatly reduces shrinkage and shrinkage cracks in cement-based products and improve properties such as freeze-thaw, fire, impact and abrasion resistance. Basalt fibers are distributed homogeneously in the mixture to form a three-dimensional micro reinforcement system. Thus, the performance of the cement mortar connecting aggregate granules increases considerably.

  • In parking lots, precast and prefabricated elements,
  • In sprayed concrete, field concrete, screed concrete,
  • In thin floors, entresol, hollow floor and cassette form systems,
  • In cement-based mortars for repair, plastering and insulation in concrete roads,

Note: With the use of fiber and steel concrete admixtures, the density of the main reinforcement of reinforced concrete systems cannot be reduced.

Additional information

Application

For plastering and screed applications;
For 1 m³ concrete, 0,40 – 0,6 kg FIBER MF should be used.
For reinforced concrete;
For 1 m³ concrete, 0.4 – 2.0 kg FIBER MF should be used.
Concrete can be added in mixer and concrete plant. After 5 minutes of mixing at high speed, all FIBER MF fibers are homogeneously dispersed in the concrete.

Disposal

Empty packaging can be disposed of in collection boxes according to local-local regulations or recycling rules. After drying and hardening the used waste material, dispose of it as construction waste. It is dangerous to destroy product residues by burning.
