LRC™ REDOZ

It is a mortar additive material with air-entraining and fluidizing properties which improves the workability and cohesion of the wall mortar and cement made of cement and sand, which contains a mixture of plasticizers and surface-active materials and reduces the consistency water to high strength.

Areas of Application:

When it is desired to provide machinability and pumpability,
In the mortar or ready-mix mixture produced in the construction site,
In works relating to brick and block building elements in fine and rough plaster,
Can be used in production where smooth surface is desired.

Product Advantages:

Reduce the possibility of decomposition and vomiting in fresh mortar.
Allows to protect the consistency in hot weather.

Preparation Instructions	Ready to use.
Application	It is recommended that the amount of cement be used between 0,10 – 0,50% by weight (100 – 500 g for 100 kg cement).
Things to pay attention	• If it is used higher than the recommended usage, it may cause extension in the setting time. In this case, keeping the concrete constantly moistened should prevent the possibility of premature drying. • The mixture should be added with water or at the end of the mixing process with the water. • The optimum additive may vary depending on the desired machinability and processability of the mortar and the ambient temperature and the quality of the kum. Appropriate dosage should be found with real materials and site mix experiments with real mix design. • Suggested dosage rates are only guidelines and actual values may vary depending on the aggregate and cement used in the site.
