| Surface Preparation |
Concrete:
The surface should be dry, clean, free from loose particles, oil and other chemicals. The cleaned surface is wetted with a brush or sponge and made ready for concrete or repair application.
Steel Surface :
The surface must be clean and should be free of oil, rust, burrs, concrete residues and other chemicals. The surface is made suitable for application by sandblasting. In cases where it is not possible to work with sandblasting, cleaning is carried out with airbrush gun or wire brush. In cases where the surface is greasy and oily, oil remover should be used to clean it. The optimum cleaning grade is SA 2.
