It is self-propagating, mineral admixture, special cement based, polymer modified, high performance self levelling screed.

Areas of Application:

  • Ceramic, granite, marble

  • Used in the adjustment of various floors which are under PVC, linoleum, rubber coverings and not in the desired flatness.

  • Compressive strength: exceeds 4500 psi after 28 days (ASTM C1708)
  • Flexural strength: exceeds 900 psi after 28 days (ASTM C1708)
  • Application Equipment: Suitable trowel, spiked roller
  • Consumption: It is variable depending on the surface condition. ~1,40 kg/m² material is necessary for each 1 mm thickness. 5.95 m² at 3 mm depth per 25 kg bag
  • Storage: Its shelf life is approximately 12 months. Products should be stored in a cool and dry environment provided that maximum 6 bags will be put on top of each other.

*At 70 °F (21°C) and 65 % relative humidity. Depth of application and surface porosity will affect dry time.

Additional information

Preparing the Surface

The floor, on which there will be application, should be cleaned of all loose parts, oil and other chemicals, crack-free, dry and clean. It is strongly recommended to use a suitable LRC Primer on the floor before the application of self-levelling screed
Instruction for Preparing and Application

(25 kg) powder material is poured into 6-7 kg (it may vary depending on air temperature) of clean and cool mixing water and with a low-speed and suitable mixer, a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained in 3-4 minutes. Water shouldn’t be added to powder material. Application is recommended to be made in temperatures of +5 and +35 ºC. Spread the prepared cement screed with a trowel in desired thickness. In applications which are thicker than 5 mm’s, you may add quartz sand, which is in 30% and 50% ratio and 0-4 mm thickness.
Things to Consider

• The surface should be cleaned of adherence reducing agents and a suitable primer must be used.
• Expansion, movement and wall connection joints must be honored through the floor covering. Where necessary, fit Expansion Strips to any structures to prevent the mix from flowing into connection joints.
• Since the self-leveling screed becomes hard in short time, only prepare an amount of material that can be applied in one time.
• Hardened mortar should not be watered.
• If pouring multiple layers of self-leveling compound, allow product to completely dry.
• Apply LRC Primer SBR as an intermediate primer between applications.
• Each subsequent layer should not exceed the depth of the previous layer.
• Protect the applied area from high temperature, U.V. and draught.
• For the venting of air bubbles, it is recommended to use spiked roller
• For depths greater than (6 mm) expansion strips are highly recommended.
• Minimum (3 mm) depth is required for exposure to caster wheels.
• Do not use in exterior or wet areas.

Disposal

Empty packaging can be disposed of in collection boxes according to local-local regulations or recycling rules. After drying and hardening the used waste material, dispose of it as construction waste. It is dangerous to destroy product residues by burning.

Keep the products out of the reach of children. Keep the covers of the products closed. It is recommended to wear gloves and goggles during work. If the skin comes into contact with the material, it should be washed with soapy water immediately. In case of contact with eyes, seek medical advice immediately.
