LRC SC SH Application
Start the application once the footprint on the surface is 3-5 mm. There must not be too much water on the surface. Any excess water must be removed, and the surface must be moist. Using a spatula, the product must be distributed on to the surface. 2/3 of the material that will be used is spread on the surface homogeneously and waited for every part of it to become evenly moist (color change should be observed). Material is fed into the concrete by tray glazing and concrete integration is ensured. Rest of the 1/3 material part is spread on the surface homogeneously the same way and waited for every part of it to become evenly moist (color change). Then, it is fed into the surface and glazed.
Application of Mold Separator
After using LRC SC SH (on soft when pressed with finger but not wet surface) LRC SC RA (stamped concrete mold separator) is scattered on to the surface, and with the molds the stamping process will commence. The scattering process should be in the direction of the wind, and parallel to the surface. This process must be done at the thinnest possible way and piling should be avoided.
After the stamping process is complete the molds must be removed and rinsed and cleaned with water. The molds must be stored in a dry place. Molds that will not be used for a long time must be protected with talc or any other type of powder.
One or two days later the surface is washed with a pressure washer until the desired look it obtained. Since the timing of the washing is so important, it is crucial that it is done with proper equipment. Failure to follow the right instructions may result in the wrong color tone, scaling of the varnish, and loss of detail.
Protecting Varnish Application
After the washing process the surface left to dry. Before the application the surface must be cleaned and dust free. The surface must be dry. First layer of LRC POLISH 90 (Protecting Varnish) must be applied with a sprayer or brush. Do not use a paint roller. After the first layer is completely dry the second layer of LRC POLISH 90 can be applied. After the second layer is completely dry (approx. 2 hours) the surface can be used.
