Cement based, polymer modified, water repellent, ready to use surface coating material which is very resistant to outdoor weather conditions because of which can be painted after it is dried, and which provides a decorative appearance due to it special filling dimension.

Areas of Application:

It is used as final layer coating on exterior thermal sheathing systems or as decorative coating on interior – exterior walls.

  • Consumption (Depends on the surface conditions): 
    Approximately 3.0 kg/m² powder material for 2mm thickness
    Approximately 4.5 kg/m² powder material for 3mm thickness
  • Storage: Its shelf life is approximately 1 year. Products should be stored in a cool and dry environment provided that maximum 6 bags will be put on top of each other.

Surface Preparation

The floor, on which there will be application, should be cleaned of all loose parts, paints, oil and other chemicals. Defects on the surface are repaired with LRC RM If the temperature of the surface, where the application will take place, is above 25°C, surface is moistened and saturated.
Preparation Instructions

(25 kg) powder material is poured into 6.0 kg (it may vary depending on air temperature) of clean and cool mixing water and with a low-speed and suitable mixer, a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained in 3-4 minutes and kept waiting for 5-10 minutes. Maturing material is mixed again and becomes ready for use. Water shouldn’t be added to powder material. Application is recommended to be made in temperatures of +5 and +35 ºC.
Application

Prepared material is plastered on the surface with steel trowel. Then, pattern is drawn by coming to threadbare with plastic or wooden trowel.
Things to pay attention

• The prepared material must be used in approximately 2 hours.
• During application, the environment must be protected against sun and wind.

Disposal

Empty packaging can be disposed of in collection boxes according to local-local regulations or recycling rules. After drying and hardening the used waste material, dispose of it as construction waste. It is dangerous to destroy product residues by burning.

Keep the products out of the reach of children. Keep the covers of the products closed. It is recommended to wear gloves and goggles during work. If the skin comes into contact with the material, it should be washed with soapy water immediately. In case of contact with eyes, seek medical advice immediately.
